Collection and Use of Information

One - if ServiceVantage is compelled to do so by an appropriately empowered governmental authority. Two - If the technology or service is owned and/or provided by a partner of ServiceVantage. We will not share with them any more information than is necessary to perform the transaction you have requested. Such partners have agreed to use the information only in regard to analyzing the success of the partnership arrangement with ServiceVantage. We only do business with partners who agree to respect our Privacy Policy and we will not sell, rent, or loan our contact lists to any other outside firms.
