Jeff
Bennett, CEO and Partner

Before founding ServiceVantage Corporation in 2002, Jeff began
his high tech career with Corel Corporation (1991 – 2000)
heading up all of Corel’s North American support and professional
service. Jeff was a key member of the leadership teams responsible
for several mergers and acquisitions including the WordPerfect
Utah closure and the Borland merger attempt among others.
In 2000, Jeff joined the leadership team of Webplan Inc. (now
Kinaxis), to develop key relationships with Cap Gemini and PricewaterhouseCoopers
so Webplan could attract Tier 1 accounts and scale internationally.
Jeff founded Webplan’s client care department to increase
revenues from these areas and ensured the scalability required
to match Webplan’s international growth.
Today as the founder and partner of ServiceVantage Corporation,
Jeff works with the executive teams of technology firms to help
them develop the strategy and operational efficiency required
to scale for anticipated growth, generate recurring revenue
and produce strong profits required for longevity in a very
competitive environment. In his personal time, Jeff enjoys spending
time his family and is an avid fan, practitioner and competitor
in jiu-jitsu; a passion he shares with his three boys.

Angela Adams, Associate Partner
Prior to joining ServiceVantage, Angela has spent the last 10
years in key roles within Support, Services and Product Marketing
at local software firms, most recently with Kinaxis Inc. Angela’s
experiences include providing leadership in managing and executing
deployment strategies and objectives for client projects resulting
in gains in operations performance, productivity and customer
satisfaction. Angela has leveraged her deployment expertise
in researching, developing and gaining cross-organizational
understanding of technology requirements in order to expand
and strengthen product offerings for the market.
Angela’s responsibilities at ServiceVantage include analyzing
business processes and translating operational requirements
into systems and organizational design in order to allow clients
to realize growth and profitability objectives. In her personal
time, Angela enjoys spending time with her family and experiencing
the tremendous joys of being a new parent.

Greg
Boyle
GREG BOYLE's hands-on experience in leadership roles in hi-tech
brings an intimate knowledge of the challenges and issues confronting
start-ups and established firms. Following an executive career
at Mitel, Greg became President and COO of a start-up Fiberlign.
Eventually acquiring a division of Fiberlign, Greg co-founded
iMPath Networks Inc., where he was President and CEO. iMPath
Networks was named New Business of the Year in 1997. Today,
Greg is co-owner and managing partner of the Ottawa division
of the executive search firm StoneWood Group.
